try practicing on a sheet of scrap metal thats how i was learning and i picked it up within an hour

also it depends on your welder! the welders at college are terrable and dont go in straight lines which made me think i was crap at welding but i have now been welding at work and im all of a sudden good.

14x6 for the rear 13x5.5 for the front but i might go 50 profile tyres (cause i lowered the rear the tyres i have got scrub a bit on the wing
)

where abouts is it scrubbing??? top of wing??? or sides??? if sides then you should get some widend wings, or widen yours yourself, if its top of the wing then you probably want to make the ride height abit higher.

if you get tyres that fit, dont forget that the suspension will compress, making your wheel possibly hit and dent or split your wing, how much have you lowered it by? and widend wings are ok but my personal favourite is this http://www.mmoc.org.uk/viewtopic.php?f=25&t=31612 they are cool widend wings!!!
