What parts am I going to want for a rear spring replacement?

I already have the bushes and the springs, but im not quite what I will need at the front?

You may need this[frame]Image[/frame]

and the pin that goes through[frame]Image[/frame]

and a nut/washer for the pin - and two little bolts/washers/nuts to secure the plate!

Those are the bits I was thinking off...

if I remember correctly the pin has an angle grinder type fitting?

Your old pin may be fine of course -unless you have to 'angle grinder' it off!
