Front Damper castle nut

Can anyone tell me what the thread is on the castle nut that holds the lever arm onto the front damper unit, need to get one and cant see them on any suppliers websites

I just measured one up, still on a replacement damper. A little tricky getting the thread count between the turrets on the nut, but it apears to be 5/8-14 BSF.
Suggest you put a query in the "Wanted" section. I would suspect that there should be somebody on here w/spares.

i have complete damper pins for sale

also note that there were 2 threads one course and one fine

Damper pins ??? The shaft that goes into the front damper ? I have never been able to get the arms off!

well i dont mean the damper arms
i mean the pin that holds the top trunnion bushes and trunnions on

It was missing on the Traveller, had to take one off the Saloon so the Traveller could pass mot :) now need one to replace the one i borrowed :wink:
