capri lowering blocks

Post by charlie_morris_minor »

I am looking at lowering my traveller a few inchs at the rear, by using lowering blocks ( yes i will cut down the bump stops ) could i use escort / capri blocks as these are cheaper than minor ones or are the u bolts a different size?

The u bolts will be too wide for the Minor axle. I have a set of new minor lowering blocks and bolts but have changed my axle for an escort one so these are not needed, maybe we could swap if you have the ford set?

I'm amazed you want to lower a Traveller - Most are sitting virtually on the bump stops anyway!
