1098 piston markings

Other than the stamp MOWOG the only markings on my pistons is a 2 with an > on top of it on the drivers side of the engine, is this a standard bore please? Thanks, John

Unless you can see "+10", "+20" etc they should be standard. Pistons were stamped with 1, 2 or 3 when they were made so that they could be matched when the engine was assembled....

It's usually a diamond shape <>. Yes they are standard pistons.
