Just found your thread. The work you've done looks great & I'll be taking some tips as I'm about to start my own. Keep up the good work

It's been awfully quiet here lately Eveline, is everything OK ? Or is Clive striking for better pay and working conditions ?

Re: my morris 1000 restoration
doing your brakes in side on a bench is cheating surely you should wait until it starts to rain and go an lie in a puddle and do it.. or is that just me? On a serious note though, the quality of your work looks very high and you should be proud of it.

Re: my morris 1000 restoration
Haha, this is sort of funny for myself to admit, but --
I've been having trouble with my front suspension, and some folks have suggested that my torsion bar may be bad in some way. I honestly wasn't sure what a torsion bar was! But with the help of your wonderful photos, I think I've figured it out -- and in any case I have a textbook case to compare my own against!
So I thank you very much! And I must add you're doing just a wonderful job -- that Minor will last another half-century, I'd wager.
