TRAVELER PICK UP COVERSION

was there ever a kit for this coversion? seen an add for one for sale, spoken to the guy who will be sending me some photos. he tells me that a chassis has been added!!!! any comments on this would be helpful :wink: :wink: :wink:

No there never was a kit but there have been a few converted over the years but it needs to have been done properly.
Rich's one is a rarety as it appears to have been built on an LCV chassis which is just the opposite of what you have been offered.

beware that the powers that be don't deem it a Q plate. I was reading something the other day in Classic Car Weekly where they mentioned cars which had been altered to the point where they were no longer considered to be historic and therefore were issued Q plates. Yes, don't do it. Just restore the traveller to original condition would be the best bet.
