Just wanted to thank someone on here and their husband for advice on Enfield motorbikes last year. Finally picked up mine today, a 1980 model. Apologies I had to delete your PM as my mailbox was full and your name escapes me but you know who you are and your advice was helpful.
In something of a tradition on this board, it broke down on the way home - but turned out to be an empty petrol tank [frame][/frame]
My Dad had these 2 Enfields, the first one is a ?1950 Flying Flea and the other is a 1952 Model G that Dad owned for about 30 years. My brother is working on the G and hopefully it should be back on the road quite soon [frame][/frame][frame][/frame]
I decided to treat myself in January and bought this 1952 RE125 My dad used to ride one of these in the 2nd World War although this is the later model with the foot gear change.[frame][/frame]

You could have put it in your saved messages folder, that would have saved it for you.
Cheers
