Now that the new members area is up & running ( for you, for me), is this why I keep getting a pop up every minute or so when I'm logged on? The pop up asks me for my user name & password from inside the magazine - which of course I don't have .
(Me thinks I'll have to try to grab our Club copy every time it appears)
*whsitles* apparently it was my profile pic, I had this cunning plan to use the MMOC hosting.......... Its gone now, so you shouldn't have the problems again!
Ah, so thats why we couldn't see it and you could! We weren't signed in to the MMOC menbers site. So the only way some people were seeing your pic, Matt, was because they were signed in.

and it gave everyone else a popup box................ Maybe billy ought to write a warning in to the gallery so other people dont do the same thing..... now we have seen the consequences.....
Im only a member of our local branch (Barnsley MMOC ) Hope there no problem is still using this site just because im not in the Main MMOC?
Paul there is no problem with using the site, however to belong to the local branch it is a requirement to belong to the MMOC as well, I believe its to do with liability cover for the branch meetings and that sort of thing.
When renewals come up at our branch evryone has to supply their current membership number and expiry date.
Cheers

i am not a member and make it a rule to never join a club that would have the likes of me as one of their own.
Minor In E Flat
out of curiosity ,,,, what are the dues and would it be effective for a non-resident to become a member?....ie it isnt like i'd be attending the meets and auto jumbles in north shropshireton ( i know that isnt a town ...its all that i could come up with though )
MinorinEFlat,
most members probably don't atend the rallies, events or local meets.
However the magazine is well worth having for the subscription fee alone.
I've no idea where you are (empty location field..) so can't comment on what additional money it will cost, but as you can join online I guess it can't be hard to find out?
