I think you'll find its connected to HRG, who used to make the HRG car - http://www.motorbase.com/manufacturer/by-id/45.
In the article, it refers to Godfrey & Nash. Nash was Archie Frazer Nash of Frazer Nash cars. There was a connection between HRG & Derrington, the latter being into tuning accessories, such as special cross flow heads for BMC B Series engines.[frame]

I don't know what became of either firm.

Is that your crossflow MGB?

This message board is like a family - you can't choose the other members!! But remember engine oil is thicker than water.

No, it belongs to a friend of mine (He is also into Z series Magnettes). It's a 1968 MGB GT.

I have also been doing a bit of research on them at the moment and can confirm the Derrington Connection, so much so that in 1966 Derrington took over the manufacture of the HRG products when they stopped trading, which previously they just sold.ADO16 wrote:I was wondering in anyone's travels have ever heard of this Company?

Derringtons didnt just do tuning accessories they were also manufaturers of many parts including the Silver Top head for the side valve series MM and tuned exhaust sytems for the same + anti roll bars ect for the later Moggies and they were the original importers of the Webber carbs.
Here is an HRG rocker cover.[frame]
