Marina diff

Post by poppet »

Hi
my '63 traveller has a marina 1.6 engine, sierra 5 speed box and a standard marina back axle. At present it is too highly geared therefore can anybody tell me if there is a lower ratio diff that can be fitted into the marina axle? If so. where can I get one?

Regards
Steve

marina diffs, there were a few. top of my head there were at least 4.1, 3.9, 3.6 and 3.3
you would need to determine which one you have in there at the moment. but a 3.9 would probablly be the best with that set up, or the 3.6 if you really want to get the revs down on crusing.

whoops  1.3

I think there's a 4.1 in it at present.
What I was wondering was if there's a 3.9 or 3.6 diff that will fit into the marina back axle?
