7 is the jack for a Series MM/II, 8 is the jack for the M1000. Both should be for display purposes only. A decent scissor jack sould be used for jacking up the wheels.
What no plug spanner?
I thought that item 3 was part of the car. I have it fitted on the MM but not on the Traveller
What are the items 17-19 to the left of the starting handle/wheel brace?

No idea to be honest Dennis - The layout of the picture though does suggest you are correct in assuming its the guide for the starting handle...

Definately the starting handle guide, probably stops you from putting the handle through the bottom of the radiator!!! As I said, I have one fitted to my MM but not my Traveller.
The MM jacking points are a plate on the rear inner wing behind the axle and an extended plate held on by two bolts at the base of the A post. I would not trust balancing the car on either one.
Still not convinced about 17, 18 & 19

Looks like another missing piece I'm going to have to source for our car. Might be easier for me to fabricate one.
