I liked that if the club get money back from FJ, maybe that money is enought or may be help the club to buy the 1.000.000 Model

We seem to be getting off the point - Is the advert OK & should others be given the chance?
Asking the committee to keep a running evaluation going isn't feasable. Remember they are volunteering a lot of time to the Club. This is probably a very minor (sorry - can't think of a more appropriate description) part of their duties.

If this refers to my post then I beg to differ. The Club chooses to run a system of volunteer staff, this makes the issue no less important, but yes we are 'mindful' that this is the case and as such allow a percentage of discretion.
Until confirmation is given to the points above its pointless to try and argue a case.
