Minor has voltage stabiliser for the fuel gauge. Can also be used if fitting an electric thermometer.

i have this one in mine. i peeled off the black bezel and put a chrome one on it to make it more old school looking. it works fine and i think looks pretty alright. it comes with instructions too and is very simple to wire in.

I have a TIM one fitted as well, works fine. My red line is set to 4,000rpm though, not as adventurous as you. :D

ha, yes that's fair enough! i have a Fiat twin cam in there now so it pulls okay up to there.
