Yes - no point in travelling all that way to view it if it isn't worth the journey.Well I'm sure Lou will give it a good look over and tell me whether it's worth my while travelling to take a look over the car myself.
I thought the advertised price was £1995 though, not £1500?

You're right Louise the price is £1995. Any chance that you can take a camera with you to take some photos so I get some unbiased photos? And give those rear wings a good pokeI thought the advertised price was £1995 though, not £1500?

Are you still free to go take a look at the car on Sunday? If so what times?

Phoned the seller to confirm the time for tomorrow and he dropped a bombshell... The car was on the back of his trailer outside his house and someone passing asked to view the car and bought it there and then
So thanks for the offer Louise but the car is gone now
Looking at another. Anyone in the Northampton?
LINK
It's actually a 1958 model, not sure why it says 1960

Never mind Matt - the Chelmsford car obviously didn't have your name on it.
The Northampton car you're interested in is currently on e-bay with quite a few bids. The reserve hasn't been met yet but the auction ends tomorrow night so I suggest that anyone planning on having a look at it goes soon.

I think the price is a little hopefull, unless the car is absolutely solid and really is as nice as the pics (rarely the case) and I would stick my neck out and say it won't reach reserve on ebay (assuming it is close to the asking price). However, I do like it much more than the other one..

Trawling Google for cars for sale I found one I really liked and guess what... it's in Wales... and I phoned the seller... and it's in Cardiff
It's looks pretty solid, tidy paintwork. But I've only seen it in photos, seeing it in the flesh will tell the truth. The seller says I can see it tomorrow or Monday (after he's taken it for an MOT). Fingers crossed
