who do i contact about faulty product brought off the site??

the other week i brought the technical tips CD off this website

the cd arrived ok the only problem is its blank! nothing on it
ive tried in serveral different computers and the same this every time.

who do i contact about this? i see the contact us link on the left hand side but isnt that more for membership details. is there someone on the forum that is in charge of the products sold??

Think I'd simply send it back with a covering letter, and ask for a replacement or refund. Not sure which department you should send it back to though.
