Yep, I remember the one bolt ones from the Mini days. They were stocked by exhaust centres and were not much cop.

But make sure you ask for the two-bolt cast clamp. It is likely not the same as the Mini
But they would fit a mini 1000 as the manifold outlet is the same.

Rob if you want a simpler solution to the knocking on the cross member use a bit of exhaust bandage, it doesnt last for ever but works, have a look at the crossmember next time you are at a rally and you be amazed how many cars suffer from this due to the exhaust systems not being made as well as the originals.

I picked up a pressed steel one from a local motor factors... It may not be as good as a cast clamp but it's certainly a hell of a lot better than an old cast clamp (which is what was on there) as it has stopped the exhaust blowing at the joint perfectly...!!
