headlights
I started to restore my Morris Minor 1000 (1967) about 30 years ago. I am now close to finishing it but I cannot figure out how the ground wire connects on the headlight wiring. There are 4 wires on the headlight wiring harness. The three colored ones fit into the main harness, but the black ground wire has no where to go. Does it ground to the body somewhere? Where does it connect to and how does it connect? Can I get a picture of it??

Hello Woldracing,
there should be an earth clip close by where the cables pass through the inner wing. End on ot looks like this O_O, i.e. it will take two bullet connectors and there is a hole in the flat section which is used to attach it to the body. The alternative is to remove the bullet from the earth cable (black) and crimp on a ring connector and bolt it to some convenient spot on the body.
