Series II doors

Please can someone help? Does anyone know if the series II rear passenger doors are the same size as the ones on the 4 door Minor 1000?

However, the front door hinges are different on SIIs to M1000s*, I'd think that the rear ones are the same, but I'd not be certain.

* I think, but I can't be sure, because I'm not sure where the replacement hinge I was given came from, but I think it was from an SII, and it doesn't fit the M1000 without an 'adaptor'.
