Gearbox oil

Sorry to keep asking stupid questions What oil do I put in the gearbox/

20 / 50 engine oil if its a late minor

If it's in good condition - you could use 10W40 oil to get better mpg. less drag as the gears churn round.

Thanks for the info. Dont really know how good the gearbox is as I havnt done many miles since I bought it (been welding) so maybe I'll try 20/50. Goes for an MOT next week
