Let the botle of fluid stand with the cap loose, but the spout covered to keep out dirt, for a while before pouring it slowly into the master cylinder (a clean funnel is useful here).
This allows any air bubbles produced in carriage to disperse. Once I've topped up, I again wait with the top loose on the master cylinder before using the car.
And don't forget, folks.....brake fluid degrades over time. It gets contaminated, and can eventually contain an amount of water. An annual change maintains its effectiveness.

if i am not sure what the mechanic before has used which is either a DOT3 or DOT4. will it be alright if it is mixed when i i use a different type from before?
wouldnt the brake fluid when in contact with atmosphere absorbs the water vapor which contaminates it?
need to do bleeding of brake when mine has front disc conversion?
