Morris Minor & my Happy Birsthday celebrations today!

Not only is it my 28th Birthday today - 20th September - I cant beleive that this days gone unrecognised for another reason by most people and the club on here!

Today back in 1948 was the official Launch of the Morris Minor at Earls court!

Many Happy returns to the Morris Minors official launch.

Couldn't beleive it when I found out the dates conisided with my Birthday today! Well chuffed!

Yes, Happy Birthday (both) - we all celebrated 60 years to the day at Gaydon last year

Asked a little lad at the railway yesterday (they visit us on the footplate in the station - to look at the fire! ) - how old he thought the lump of coal in my hand was. He looked at, but no answer, so I prompted him by asking if he thought it was older than me - he looked at it again, looked at me - then said NO!
