It must be the season for it
. It was my day off yesterday and I walked into town. Whilst there, I went to spend a penny and was advised, by a council workman, that the toilets had been broken into (They are locked after about 6pm) and gutted by fire.
So he told me, the culpritts have been caught on CCTV. I shouldn't be surprised if they are habitual criminals. It's about time they realised that these people will never be any good and either throw away the key or put them (And by consequence those whom they affect) out of their misery ( I have often said that a period under 1950s style National Service discipline for all would do no harm, though a serving Warrant Officer has said that the military are now too busy to deal with "Private Idiot", so clearly this would require a separate organisation to be set up). I don't believe this to be a political statement and neither am I a reader of the daily newspaper known for offering similar opinions (In fact, apart from car club magazines and the odd classic car publication, I read no regular publications; it's too depressing
