Hi all south Walian's
Im booked in.
I took the mog out for a 15 mile trundle this afternoon, just to make sure she works. I recently put a post on here regarding my ignition problems eventually traced it to a dodgy coil. The old girl pulled up tredomen Hill today in 4th no probs. If you dont know tredomen hill (ystrad mynach) its a bit mean for 4th gear to be honest. But she did it.
Just a quick note, dont know if they're a member on her, but who's got a trafalgar blue/white roofed Tourer, minilite alloys, and works in Ferris coaches taffs well. I saw them going 'shall we say very well' down the outside lane of the 470 last week. What engine have you got, very impressed I was.
Regards
Steve B

Valley Sports & Classic Cars (http://www.vsandcc.co.uk)are leaving the Crown in Pontllanfraith at 8.45 and we are taking a speed bump free route down to Tredegar Park (We used to go down through Wattsville but its just too bumpy now
).
I'm not sure what I'm taking yet; it'll be either the MG Midget or the BGT V8 (Both are clean and ready to go). I have everything crossed for good weather and at present all seems pretty settled
.
A good Tredegar Park somehow rounds off the year nicely......now if only they'd lay on some railway sidings, they could bring in some steam engines.

I should be around the crown PH at the same time ish, If I am I'll try and meet up with you all, and we'll all go in convoy, my dad should be following me in his freelander carrying my 1 year old boy Louis and stationary engine Lister D. If Im running a bit late (probably will be with a baby in tow) I'll probably go the wattsville route sorry. It is a bit more direct and there is that many humps really.

I can't believe the change in the weather. I went away to Ironbridge for a few days the week before last and it was Sunny (All the time I was thinking I hope this lasts for Tredegar Park ......not possible, not possible, once it breaks, we'll get a month of s^*£$> weather). They say the Devil looks after his ownGDL wrote:Brilliant show guys, i did pop over to see you all, and no one was at their cars/Vans.
I haven't posted a picture of me or my car yet, so you could not have been hiding from me yet! Great cars chaps.
Our club were a bit late leaving and we arrived when most of the other exhibitors arrived
All in all, a good day (Even if I did leave the camera at our shop
I saw a Morris 6 for the first time. It was parked with the 6/80s.
