Front suspension

What is the correct sequence to remove the front suspension,including shockers.I need to remove both sides to refit onto my new bodyshell. :roll:

Release the tension in the torsion bars by dismantling the lower arms - with a jack supporting Then remove the king pin assembly - finally unbolt the front damper. Good time to darin the horrible old oil put of the damper and refill with new. For standard damping - use SAE20 (which can therefore be 20W50) , for improved damping use SAE 30 or SAE40 - from motorcycle/lawnmower places!
