Front suspension
What is the correct sequence to remove the front suspension,including shockers.I need to remove both sides to refit onto my new bodyshell.

Release the tension in the torsion bars by dismantling the lower arms - with a jack supporting Then remove the king pin assembly - finally unbolt the front damper. Good time to darin the horrible old oil put of the damper and refill with new. For standard damping - use SAE20 (which can therefore be 20W50) , for improved damping use SAE 30 or SAE40 - from motorcycle/lawnmower places!
