Hello Beechford,
i haven't been in the Crooked House for years.
As you know, you don't need a drink at this pub to feel you might have had too many.
i usually have a beer in Gornal nearby tho.
I went to Tasmania about 5 years ago.
stayed in Hobart..had a trip to Launceston to get me Harley t-shirt.

Going to Oz next year.

c'ya

Hi Beechford,
i live in Dudley. about 2miles from the Crooked House.
Is Simon, the Harley dealer in Launceston?
I went to the Bulldog Bash this year and found everyone A1.
great/loud music, (Motorhead, UFO, Saxon) Red arrows, drag racing, etc
The locals also enjoy free access to the Bash, it brings in a well needed cash injection to the area/village, and no trouble.
The B&B where i stay nearby to Long Marston is also excellent, and does a fine fry up breakfast with produce from there own farm.

I think the Crooked House would be a good venue for a run.
