Start you b***tard products

Post by Squiggle »

Wouldn't be my choice of product name! .......... OK I'm a prude

A neighbour has just started selling these products [engine additives for cars, lawnmowers etc] and wondered if any of you have used them?

She gave me some samples of lead additive.

Any comments welcome.

Thanks

Interesting to hear about the 'lead additive' - I thought Tetraboost was the only 'lead' additive? Do these products have a web site ??

Ahh - it's a Lead SUBSTITUTE - not a Lead Additive.

I've also noticed some other similar naughtyness in product names
Including a product similar to no more nails - I was most unimpressed when I saw it the first time in a posh DIY centre, but that's the way the world is going I guess.

I think this follows on very nicely from the Australian anti-litter campaign...
Image
I first saw it when I was bookeeper for a construction company, thought the blokes were winding me up till someone bought in a tube to show me, the clean version is "Sticks Like Poo" and it really does.... seen it used on the front of a foden truck after an accident to hold some loose bits on before the boss noticed and they are still held on 6 months later...amazing (lucky he aint at all intrested in morris minors or I would be dropping the driver in the .................Poo  cos he hasn't noticed yet

I intend to live forever.....so far so good

Upper cylinder lubricant
Makes unleaded fuel safe to use in leaded petrol vehicles
Also ideal for LPG vehicles"

This message board is like a family - you can't choose the other members!! But remember engine oil is thicker than water.
