what would you say a 1954 factory soft top split screen minor 1 owner green engine rebuilt, been told low milage [70,000] some signs of rust on front wings but under condition not seen. I am willing to make an offer but someone has told this lady it could be worth 10 grand this comment may scupper my offer and the car may just end up sitting in her garage and rotting what would you say its worth
a in good condtion underneath
b in fair condition underneath
c in poor condition underneath

have not seen it but this lady has been widowed for a number of years so I want to be fair and around the b price is what I was thinking now a relation who has never even visited her has come on to the scene with his wife ringing and saying dont foget our fred has always wanted the car does seem strange he has never been interested before this morris owner told her without seeing it it was worth 10 grand. as you say concourse condition 80 boom or even stashed away from day it was built maybe 10 grand but things have changed this last couple of years
