Makes it a lot easier to work on the front rests on the chassis and the rear is bolted where the rear springhanger fits.

Just the front brakes and suspension to remove then I can start on the bodywork.

I used to use it on the Minis but I've modified it a bit to fit, its made from a couple of old builders trestles and a coulpe of small scaffold poles.

Looks good but I'd be happier if there was some cross bracing.
Very reliant on the strength of the joints when there isn't any triangulation.

I'm a fully qualified welder so joints are good and I've used it for the past 10 years with no problem so far.

Can't argue with that, the stiffness must be due to the tube and the outriggers.

You can't really tell from the pictures but the outers slope inwards slightly which gives it that bit more strength so there is no wobble at all.
