That bit of plywood above the screen

OK I give up! How does that bit of plyboard that sits in the roof holding the light come out?? I've tried most things, but don't want to break it.

Now, I seem to remember there's a couple of clips that hold it, but it was so long ago now, that I can't remember. Anyone care to shed some light on the matter? TA

If you've been trying to remove it you will have seen the clips holding it in place. They are about an inch wide and shaped like the letter Z, one end hooking in the inner gutter the other hooking around the back of the ply/hardboard to hold it in place.
