help! torque settings

Help, trying to get Bertie ready for Glamis castle on Sunday. Head and new pistons going in tonight - one small problem - lost book and dont know correct torque settins for big ends and head - as I said before HELP[/b]

Cylinder Head 40 lbs ft
Main Bearings 65 lbs ft
Big Ends 33 lbs ft
Flywheel 40 lbs ft
Rocker Shaft inner 25 lbs ft
Rocker Shaft outer 40 lbs ft

Link to manual sent by PM. Enjoy Glamis - forecast not looking too great unfortunately. It's a bit too far for me - although I have been several times in the past. Avoid the helicopter trip!!
