Tyre pressure?
I'm the proud owner of a 1967 Morris Minor. Unfortunately, she didn't come with much in the way of an owner's manual and the tyres are looking a bit low. What's the correct tyre pressure? Thanks in advance.

If I remember correctly it is 22 psi all around with just 2 passengers or 24 psi all around with a full load.
Don't forget the spare!!!
There is a free manual you can download. I'm sure someone will post the link as I can't remember it right now

30 psi is likely to give you wear in the tread centres, however if you do more heavy corners than straight miles, you're less likely to notice.
With 155's mine have felt poor with 30psi and 26 to 28 has been a little better. With 145's 24 to 26 should be fine.
22 was the dealer recommendation... and yes they will look a bit flat with that.

Any 'dealer recommendation' for tyre pressure would be for 5.20 x 14 crossply tyres - very different beasts to radials!
The answer really is - use what suits you best. After a long run (dry weather!) - feel the tyre treads and side walls - if they are hot (expect warm) then the pressures are a bit too low - pump them up another 2 psi. Also pump up the rears an extra 4 psi if carrying passengers and/or heavy boot load.

Wrong again - radials were available as an option from the dealers.Any 'dealer recommendation' for tyre pressure would be for 5.20 x 14 crossply tyres - very different beasts to radials!
