Glovebox Gauges again

Hi Guys,

I want to put an auxilliary dashboard in the driver's side glovebox. I've taken the facia off and drawn round it, but my question is, how to secure the new dashboard? I assume it's not possible to use the top mounting bracket, as it would be nearly impossible to refit it.

Are the brackets that locate the facia to the bottom of the dash strong enough to stop the new dashboard and facia from vibration?

We hook up a spring into the original screw hole on the lis and stretch it onto the wiper tube which covers the inner cable. Works very well and is easily accesable to remove from under the dash
