Twin cam exhaust options

Post by catsoup »

Hi,

Can anyone suggest the best option for the exhaust for a Fiat Twin Cam?

It's a 2000cc. I have the down pipe as supplied by AWC Morris Minors with the engine.

I am interested in a close match from a stock exhaust system for the low profile box sections and the curve to get over the back axle.

Cheers,

Chris.

You could always get one made up by a custom stainless supplier. There's one in Essex that a mate of mine used, took the car down & they fabricated from a combination of stock sections & altered stock section whilst he waited. Lifetime guarantee too. I'll get the details if you are interested but probably a bit far out of your way...

Try contacting maniflow in Salisbury. They produce different bore size systems for a particular car so they must be tailored for engine output. They could best advise for your engine and probably make a system to suit.
Older and more confused than I could ever imagine possible.
