Not a minor...

But it's the same sort of stable! So I thought I'd share it with you all: we came across this on a garage forecourt whilst out and about this morning:

Strange, whilst I remember being surrounded by all types of minors whilst growing up, I can't recall ever seeing one of these A55s! (doesn't mean I didn't of course   )

There is a Morris Oxford Traveller that lives not far away - it looks quite similar, are they related?

That doesn't look like an estate to me, more like a van with side windows fitted.

The estate would have a continuation of the line down the side of the body I would imagine.

The Morris Oxford (or one of the generations at least) is pretty much identical to the A55, its got a nicer chromed front grille though.

Oh yes, I see it's the same van that was on Ebay, just moved 120 odd miles down the road from Exeter!
BTW the good points are the 6ft long load space, the main bad one is that the body has been given a very poor respray over almost no preparation whatsoever - and I assume that the 1.6 engine is pretty thirsty?

Well.....I'm guessing that's you on the left - though from experience on another forum that's not a completely safe bet!
