I can see it now, claiming they need a classic as a "second car", spending fifteen grand restoring it at taxpayers expense, and then "flipping" it to become their first car so that they can sell it on at a big fat profit...

You must be very gullible Kate -if you were taken in by this nonsense - but then - you did buy Pratical Classics............ which is a sign in itself!

That magazine has done the same thing several times over the years, its got somewhat tedious now.
