Any Finnish Minor owners out there

A friend of mine is planning to spend a while living and working in Finland. The Minor (56 saloon 1098cc) is going as well. Any tips for adapting it to local conditions (oil, tyres, heaters etc). My friend will be becoming a resident and it is possible the car may have to be re-registered. Any problems with this and taxing/testing? All advise welcome.
