Well spotted Ray but its still better than Wally, we get called enough names as it is. I would much rather be a MOWOG, but the choice is yours

A stand at the National might well be an excellent idea but it does need manning (and/or womaning  ), and although I like the idea, I also like Ray's idea of a walkabout!

I think MOWOG is inspired!! Well done that man!

If you get enough people then you can take turns manning (or personing, bodying, humaning, individualing) the stand!
Philip, Lynda and the cars.

The biggest problem will be for those of us who have branches at the National, that would mean our time would be very thin on the ground but who knows.
Maybe we need a virtual stand that is unmanned apart from a PC with links to the website ?

Ive never been to the national and havent a clue whats involved in a stand but im going this year and im not on my local branches stand. If ppl want to advise ect then i dont mind with a bit of help manning a stand ect. I like the pc idea but not an unmaned stand.

If i can help in any way let me know.

nah - just a pair of video mobiles! Then anyone coming to the stand can chat to you whilst you are on walkabout...

IMO it's going a bit far to have a stand, as we don't really do much! (well ok we offer a lot of advice and Matts' wisdom as well) but most of the work is Billy and Andrew..?

I don't know... the first time in ages I unearth the laptop from under its pile of papers, and this happens! Hehehee

W@LLY....? Who do you reckon he was talking about then....? *whistles* I wondered if it might be a way of raising the profile of the 'board, but the logistics, such as having a PC link in the middle of a field could work out a bit expensive... Ah well. Just a thought, anyhow.
