Hi,
I had a puncture and the tyre is ruined. I've been trying to find a replacement 145/80x14 but they are very hard to find from local shops. Apparently 155/80x14 are easier to find.
Can I get 155/80x14 tyres mounted on the standard rims? Are they bigger in diameter?

They'll fit. I've got 155's all round. Apparently the handling is slightly sharper with 145's but many owners use 155's on standard rims.
They are bigger in diameter (theoretically 16mm) so you shouldn't mix 145's and 155's, though having 145's on the front and 155's on the back would be OK (until you get another puncture and fit the wrong size spare).
