Door cards

The traveller door cards have holes for the window winder but have big grommets in to seal them up as I have no winder in because of the electric windows.

Is there any way of buying cards without holes or am I just better off remaking or recovering them?

I won't be doing this anytime soon, just need to form a plan/budget.
