Excellent spring replacement service from ESM!

As posted last week my traveller springs went flat after only 10 months. I couldn't find the receipt, and doubted getting much response anyway, but rang ESM on Monday with my tale of woe. No quibbles, they looked up the original order on their computer, and popped a replacement pair in the post. Arrived bright and early this morning, fitted this afternoon and its like a different car. Top marks for customer service!

yes esm do not quibble
i bought 3 van exhausts before getting one that fitted and they took the old ones back no problem

good on the guys there

Pray God I don't have to go through three sets of springs, the novelty may wear off!!
