I'm overhauling the ITAL 1275cc engine fitted to my minor but am having difficultly finding someone who sells the following gaskets. Engine front plate, timing cover, fuel pump and water pump. Does anyone know where I can get them from. Thanks, Terry

You will probably have to buy a set [ conversion set ]
Do come up on ebay

I don't know if they are the same as the minor, the ital 1275 does have a tensioner. Don't know what a conversion set is, can you enlighten me.

A conversion set will contain all the gaskets necessary for a bottom end overhaul. any decent motorfactors should be able to order you one

I would go for a Marina/Ital one as it will have the correct gaskets regarding the chain tensioner etc

I think it 'converts' the basic sump set of gaskets - into a full engine set!

Here's one
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Farina-Healey-Spr ... 18Q2el1247
However 'classicsagogo' (what a stupid/annoying name) are not renowned for their low prices. Indeed - they seem to charge about twice as much as other places ! Just can't find a set elsewhere on ebay at the moment - have you asked Bull Motif ??
And this one
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/MG-MIDGET-MK3-130 ... 18Q2el1247
seems to have most of the gasket you need - and is less expensive, although from 'Popys' !!!!!!
Have to say - I don't know what the 'blue' gasket is for - but the others all look useful. Don't see timing case gasket - but it may be under the others.

the older 1275 won't have the correct timing case gasket that you need for the ITAL [ chain tensioner ]

Indeed - you will need a new style timing case gasket - but v cheap to buy. 'Popys' will be fine - I had criticised them in another thread for seemingly 'high' prices, but in this case it's the less expensive of the two I found !
