Aside from the differing stud pattern (easily sorted
) and stud size (again....) is there any reason why Saab Alloys wouldn't fit the traveller?
Got my hands on these
Tyre width is 205 btw so I am kinda anticipating a spacer may be required

How do you plan to easily sort the stud pattern?
I'd always assumed it was a lot of work, drilling hubs, and consequently drums, to suit.
Being 205 wide I'd imagine unsprung weight may be an issue. Might feel like you're driving about with wellies on! I put 195s on a fiesta once and it was dreadful.
What would Macgyver do..?

I am planning on knocking the tyre size down a bit when these ones wear out.
You are correct that correcting the stud patter requires redrilling, however as I already have a minor axle sorted for ford PCD (and associated drums) its just redrilling the front hubs and getting the disc conversion done

They look as though they have a heavy offset - most FWD wheels do these days - so you may need hefty spacers front and rear - not the best!

As ever you need to know the width of the wheel and tyre to work out if this is going to be a problem.

Dan, the offset you need to achieve is 15-18mm. so a 20-24mm spacer is what you need.

And lonnnnnnnng studs!
Don't be tempted to use 'bolt on' spacers - with screw on stud extenders!

No - it's ok - just do it correctly - with solid alloy spacers and proper long studs.

The Escort axle on the back might well be okay, it was with the Saab alloys I fitted, which would just leave the fronts to sort.

Just leave the standard wheels on the front and jack the back end up real high. One set of fury dice and off you go.
