I run a pipe from the chimney into the carb. No vent on rocker cover and a vented cap. I may put a vent in the rocker - I'll see how it goes. If I did, I would T into the existing breather pipe....

Excuse the state of the engine bay - Thick rubber pipe you see running from front into back of carb is the breather....
