Not being ageist, but why is it any better to sell to someone who is in their sixties than someone in their 20s or 30s?? :-?

Cos we're supposed to have a lot of sense, be more careful with the cars and steady drivers etc; well that's what they tell me
Not true in my case.......

Hi Grandad, shame you had to sell the Wolseley but thats life isnt it? I would have bought it back if I had the space, but then would I have had the time to care for it? Hope it gives the new owner some enjoyment.

Kent eh? Im sure it did the trip ok, its having a well travelled few months!

Hope you are well.

To be honest Tony you probably looked after it better than I did. Glad you had a successful sale, proves that ebay is still a good way to sell classics.

What to get next though? Have you ever had a Rover P6? Or even a P4? Nice comfy cars, usefully bigger than the Moggies etc.

I had no interest off this site when I tried to sell the Wolseley before, but then it is the Minor site I suppose. P6s are lovely, I have had 3 up to now, always wanted a P5 but they have been way out of my price range for a while now. My last P6 was a V8 auto and was a really nice drive, not as bad on fuel as I expected either.
