a bit off topic but does anyone know of a 15" steel wheel thats easily obtainable however must have a 4 stud patter and PCD 100-110 and be completely flat around the studs (i.e no embossed bits) just an Idea that me and Matt are bouncing around

Vauxhall Carlton maybe? I think all VW steel wheels in 15" were 5 stud.
Older and more confused than I could ever imagine possible.

if I remember weren't early carltons 4 stud? but 14 inch

Very early ones. Don't see the point of all this- plenty of wheels that fit without worrying about wheels that don't fit!

Who says its in relation to minors
Besides, most of the stuff that fits minors, other than the standard wheels, are 13"
