Diesel pulse adaptor

I know this is not Morris but does anyone know where I can get a diesel pulse adaptor as we have a problem timing a citroen relay up as its an old one its not commen rail we are using it daily but cannot get the fine tune just right its either flying along with the turbo coming in ok and loud deisel knocks or its as flat as a none turbo with no knocks we need to purchase an adaptor but the price is ridiculous. any ideas ?

dial gauge and adapters cheaper but not as accurate.(i`ve got both 8) )

yes But I,m not that clued up I borrowed one years ago and it was so easy the poor guy left it on a customers car and its never been seen since at £400 gutted or not
