National Rally
Hi,
I am hoping to take my Moggie to the National Rally in Sparkford (the museum is fantastic by the way, went there a few years ago). Does anyone know if it is better to attend on the Saturday or the Sunday, or is the turnout of Moggies likely to be just as good on either day?
Do many people go both days?
Cheers,
Paul.

Depends on the weather. It also depends whether you want to get to the auto jumble stands before everyone else.
There is the Saturday evening entertainment!!!
There are usually more cars on the Sunday
I'm there for the weekend.

Take your tent and go for the weekend!! This year Stevey and me are flying in due to work commitments, but we have came over on the boat and camped at the 6 or so rallies and always great crack.
The Sunday is usually the bigger day, but IMO you get better bargins at the carboot on the Saturday.

Too many Minors so little time.....
Read both, as this should answer any questions before they are asked again.

I have spoken with Haynes recently and they do not anticipate any problems over the weekend as Glastonberry is over 17 miles away.
Accomodation can be found locally or in Yovil about 15/20mins away.
Camp site is open from Thursday to ease travel and enjoy local area etc.
Saturday has MM Car Boot and generally tends to be the quiter of the two days. Sunday has Condition Class judging and rally field activities.
Over the two days we anticipate 500 to 600 cars + other clubs
Articles and application forms will appear in MM over the next couple of editions.
Regards
