Not a concours car

Post by RogerRust »

I have just put the engine back in the MGB.

There is more bling to come but this is a taster.
Image
A bit better than before Christmas,
Image
Hope you've chrome plated the alternator to balance out the ultra shiny SU's!

Neat clean job, like the new nuts and bolts, I couldn't live with that colour scheme though. There again you weren't worried about what I thought were you!

There is a company on ebay who sell kits with all the nuts, bolts and washers in the right threads and sizes for specific engines. The B series kit was £16 and included everything for a rebuild all neatly labeled in small plastic bags as to their use.
