Im intending to be in the area from new years eve to the following weekend, but if something is suggested I could find an excuse (provided I can afoord a tank of fuel!)

If only. Passing my test before the end of the year is most certainly not going to happen. :(

I could be up for that! Let us know the day, meeting place etc.

Cheers :D

Thanks Dennis, I know there is a classic car meet locally at the Lavender Line railway , near Isfield on New Years Day which i will be going to. Any day except the 28th for me as im going to an autojumble in Enfield. By the way the Capri isnt mine its a friend who has three of them 2 of which are the rarer GT models. I have just got one but it needs alot of work.

Any day w/c 29th Dec is fine for me. How about a potter around the Alfriston area, the Clergy House might be open perhaps? and it's v v pretty countryside and pleasant roads

Alternatively how about the Barcombe area, super-pretty and lovely country lanes, good pubs too IIRC 8)
